  • Take time to listen to music that you love & let your emotions run wild!
  • Watch that trashy TV programme if you want to – no one is going to stop you.
  • Take time to sit in silence & collect your own thoughts & opinions instead of being bombarded by everyone else’s.
  • Meditate
  • Talk through your concerns with others who can comfort & reassure you
  • People who have a calming influence are welcome here
  • YouTube & Netflix are great friends of yours 🙂
